- Shipper's Name, Contact number
- commodity, consignee, pieces and weight, dimensions, trip date, and destinations.
- Once your shipment is accepted, you must provide it at the warehouse 4 hours early to departure.

Service animals are well-trained pets that offer all-time support, whether service-based or emotional. Cebu Pacific allows them to be on the plane in the cabin with the traveler for the whole duration of the flight. - Passengers will required to prepare some documentation for carrying thier service animals on the plane.
- This documentation includes a certificate from the Bureau of Animal Quarantine that confirms your animal's training and that your pet has been completely vaccinated.
- Pets trained for emotional support need almost the same documents as service pets, including a certificate of training, vaccination, and letterhead from a mental health professional.
- Your service or emotional support pet can't occupy a seat on the plane, and it must be a dog; no other animal is allowed.
- One pet for one passenger is only permitted and must be declared regarding the need for this request at the time of booking.
- Pet owners must present evidence at check-in that their pet is a service animal or emotional support animal.
- Check-in can only be done from the airport; online check-in for the tickets opted for by this service is not permitted.
- Pet must always be harnessed during their flight and wear all the necessary accessories at the airport.
